This Labor Day weekend we were invited to my 2nd cousin’s house for a family BBQ. There was so much food! There was even more food after we left..a whole tray of bbq chicken legs! I hadn’t seen my cousin since I got married so it was great seeing him and the family. It was also a pleasant surprise when he came by to say hello and let me know he prepared the shortribs in Tamari wheat-free soy sauce. Mantou and I ate a lot of ribs that day, plus grilled shrimp… Yum!
