Vacay Food

I am enjoying my vacation and sad that it has already reached mid-week. I haven’t had to adjust much for our meals. We’ve been staying at a time-share so we’ve been cooking and eating at “home”. Mantou hasn’t had any breakouts so this is a good sign.

Here are some of the meals we’ve prepared so far:

BBQ ribs, corn on the cob and spinach
Grilled tri-tip steak, sautéed red chard and more corn on the cob
Rice penne with sauce (mushrooms carrots and onions) and asparagus
Grilled pork chops, sockeye salmon and bok choy
Bacon lettuce tomato avocado on a corn tortilla
